New Service saves lost business

On Net Communication’s Small Business Service is celebrating the roll-out of a new service designed to support local businesses in the region, by providing a cost effective way of handling customer enquiries.

The Small Business Receptionist Service has been developed to prevent small companies missing all important sales enquiries by providing an extra pair of hands. Interest from local companies show that the service is already proving popular.

Often small ‘One-man/One woman’ enterprises lose calls due to being out ‘on-a-job’, or a single line is busy, or it is evening / weekend. On Net Communications has a team specially trained to work alongside small local/national companies, who understand their business, and provide a professional front-line. The Team deal effectively with clients, diaries and appointments, order processing, invoicing, even debt collection. This leaves the proprietor organised and with time to get the job done.

MD Maureen Stanton says,  “Customers become frustrated when calls are not answered or they’re met with an Answer Machine. They’ll call another supplier until they get an answer and new customer relations are far too important for small businesses to throw away.”
