The Labour Party

On Net Communications have worked with the Labour Party for six years regionally and have been the contracted outsource partner for the National Labour Party since August 2004. On Net Communications undertake up to 20,000 outbound calls per month. There were however periods such as the months and weeks preceding the General Election where call volumes were hugely inflated. In the three months prior to the General Election,  263,016 calls were handled.

We are currently running a campaign which will see 200,000 contacts made between April 1st to May 31st 2009

Calls are made on a national basis, to gather public opinion on a variety of politically sensitive issues, and to raise awareness of forthcoming electoral events. The information received is analysed on a daily basis, and reports on voting patterns and statistics are produced. Reporting formats are varied according to particular campaign demands and requirements e.g. by ward and district, responses by category and sub category, in both numerical and percentage format.

Client comments:

'I have found On Net Communications to be a highly professional organization, who offered an excellent service that was very good value for money.

They coped with rapidly-expanding workloads in the run-up to the General Election while maintaining high quality standards, and were always flexible, accommodating and  friendly."
