The Campaign Company (TCC) has benefitted from the services of On-Net Communications since 2005.
While On-Net have assisted us in delivering a range of projects, we have developed a particularly effective partnership approach in our work with NHS Foundation Trusts. With On-Net we have developed and refined our approach to the recruitment of engaged and interested members by telephone. Encouraging people to join a foundation trust is challenging, people need to learn more about these new arrangements, understand the benefits and see the purpose in becoming a member. This is difficult when done face-to-face but it is particularly demanding when undertaken by phone. On-Nets staff have developed a real expertise in this area, they understand the context, are extremely adept at building the relationship over the phone and their success in this area has really helped us to develop our business. TCC is the lead provider of membership recruitment services to foundation trusts. In our work with 60 Trusts we have recruited approaching 200,000 public members - 1 in 5 of the public membership. On-Net have played a major part in that achievement.
